Policies, Terms & Conditions


COVID 19 GUIDELINES: To ensure the safety of our guests and staff we are currently appointment only.  We cannot accept walk ins at this time.  In addition to your safety we ask and require all guests to wear masks.  We have masks provided in the spa.  In addition, appointments are staggered to avoid more than 2 people waiting in the lobby, some services may be tweaked slightly to ensure your safety.  We are still giving you the ultimate experience while following CDC guidelines to stay safe & well!

LOCATION:  All spa services will be provided in and at 105 Central Ave, Building 200 B-C Suite 19, Goose Creek, SC 29445.  

BOOKINGS:  All booking must have either a valid credit or debit card on file to reserve an appointment or 50% of service fee deposit to secure your appointment.  All bookings are taken on a 3rd party site hosted through Vargaro.  


LIABILITY:  All brushes, implements, and skin care products are kept sanitary and are sanatized between every client.  Skin care products that are used are catered to all skin types and skin tones and are suitable for sensitive skin.  Any skin conditions must be reported, if needed, a patch test will be performed for any skin senstitivites. 

Due to our intimate environment, we ask that guest who are receiving services come without extra guest.

Client(s) agree to release the Esthetician & Meek Beauty and all employees and agents from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.

Use of Image: Meek Beauty Spa or any representatives or agents affiliated with Meek Beauty Spa may use client(s) photos and/or videos on it's website or any social media platforms, flyers, brochures or any advertising it deems necessary.  This includes any and all photographs, video, audio and any other digitally or chemically stored media that is captured or recorded by Meek Beauty Spa and any and all of it's representatives and agents.  Client(s) agree to release all claims regarding use of his/her image for such purposes.  Client(s) also agree to release name and contact information of professional photographer and/or videographers used for recording any event for which the Esthetician has been contacted to do skin care services.

Satisfaction Guaranteed:  Esthetician services will be completed to the client's satisfaction.  Acceptance of completed by client that appliction is done to his/her satisfaction.

Delays:  If client(s) is 10 minutes late to their scheduled appointment, the appointment is canceled.  If client(s) does not confirm appointment within 24 hours, appointment will be canceled. Deposit will be forfeited.

CANCELLATIONS:  Meek Beauty Spa understands that things happen.  Please give a 12 hour notice if scheduled appointment needs to be canceled and/or rescheduled.  Same day cancellation may result in payment of 50% of the service fee that was scheduled.  NO CALL/NO SHOW will result in client responsible for 100% of service fee.  Appointments must be cancelled by client(s) before 12 hours of service, appointments not cancelled will be subjected to cancellation and no show fees.

In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; e-mail address; phone number; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

When you conduct a transaction, register or visit our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, phone number and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

Our company is hosted on the platform. provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through’s data storage, databases and the general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

How do we communicate with our site visitors?

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, scheduled appointments, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.
